How long will my order take?
Sadly, I am not Amazon and there is no Prime! All items are handmade and pieced together by me! Please allow one week turn around time, plus the time it takes to ship. Thank you!
I'm local, where can I pick up my order?
Once you receive an email that your order is complete, you can pick it up at Sip & Scoop located at 234 Oak St. in Brentwood.
How do I select a date and time for my Craft Cart rental?
A calendar scheduler will be available soon! For now, all Craft Cart rentals can be scheduled through email. Please message creatingsunshinecollective@gmail.com with the day and time of your event. Allow 24 hours for a response.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, it is not possible to offer returns or exchanges. If you have a concern about your order, please message us (link is below) at creatingsunshinecollective@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
